Located on the US27 close to the junction with the US192 this gated community is perfectly positioned.

These distinctive, upmarket, Mediterranean style homes offer a unique level of luxury with barrel tiled roofs, paved pool decks and upgraded interiors. If you are looking for something a little different, this is the place to stay. We have an exclusive selection of 4 and 5 Bedroom villas with own pool (many with spa). All the homes are very modern and immaculately furnished. Whilst villa owners furnish and decorate the homes to their own taste they do so with the advice of specialist interior decorators and furnishing experts. All the homes have a spacious and luxurious appearance that guests just love. Many villas feature upgrades such as additional TVs, games areas, internet access and conservation behind the pool area.

Whilst quite a small development, Highgrove just proves that perfection can be achieved within the smaller community. Summer Place Loop is the most central road and surrounds The Green. The Clubhouse and community pool back on to The Green as do many of the homes themselves.

The Clubhouse itself offers a range of activities:- computer room, ATM machine, Information area with information brochures and discount coupons, comfortable sitting area to relax and meet other guests, a large swimming pool with separate spa surrounded by loungers, kiddies play area and for the keep fit fanatics your very own place to work out and a duty receptionist to assist you should you need help.
